Anyone know where i can get a good quality version of this fantastic show.
The one in the bootleg section is fuzzy/noisy, and isn't very clear.

Well, if you refer to the famous 1992-08-16 show in Washington, I must say that, even tho it's not my favorite soundboard, it's pretty clear and the quality is quite high IMO.
But if you refer to the show the day before, 1992-08-15, that's a Good Audience and it might sound fuzzy for moments, indeed, specially if you haven't listened to many Audience bootlegs. And I think there's not better recording, as far as I can recall we own the best copy. Sorry!

Recently had an update with lineage and new encoding, so like Gerard said: it's the best we offer.

Well its the 1992-8-16 show, and I downloaded it primarily because I thought the performance of Ultraviolet was standout (watched it on youtube). But the mp3 doesn't quite have the 'clarity' of the youtube version, in that the sounds seem to combine together more, and aren't quite as distinct.
I also have the Stockholm ZooTV show ie 'Dancing ZooTV' and compared to Ultraviolet from this bootleg, the DC version sounds worse (even though the performance is better, from youtube anyway)
I've uploaded both performances to rapidshare, so tell me if im just going crazy.

PS: the washington dc show doesn't play on my PS3, says the files are corrupted, does that mean anything, the entire concert on my pc is 161 mb, so tell me if my version is corrupt. Does your new PS3 do this as well Gerard?

There are many different versions and remasters of the DC gig so it is possible (and likely) that the youtube source comes from a version of the video with different lineage to what we have on here. I am happy enough with the clarity of the version we have on here. Pretty excellent soundboard. I haven't played any bootlegs on my PS3 (TV speakers are only average)

Holy sh*t.
Just watched this youtube performance.
This is definetly better than my *Playing Washington* version DVD, which for a while was considered to be the best version of this show.
Does anybody know the name for this one?
EDIT 2:
I did some investigation and I believe the youtube performance comes from the 2-DVD video bootleg called *And now a message from our sponsors*...
This boot is available onPlease login or register to view this link
Looks like this a newly surfaced boot, because it's not listed on Justin's site...
... and yes it has great potential and the quality is on par with remastered version.. maybe even a little better...
If someone would remaster THIS...

"And now a word from our sponsor" is circulating for years as VCD. Maybe someone blew it up to DVD. It might look good in a low resolution format on youtube but will look like shite on a normal screen.
Justin has a great collection but just because something isn't listed on his site doesn't mean it's new.
